New York City guitar lesson scholarship This new scholarship is designed to help students from the New York City area (including areas of New Jersey and Connecticut accessible by train) gain private guitar instruction that otherwise may not be able due to financial difficulties. The scholarship will provide free or discounted lessons for students that are raised by a single parent, and are interested in learning the guitar. |

Eligibility 1) Open to any student that is supported by a single parent 2) Students will be considered based on need This is a need-based scholarship designed to provide guitar lessons for any student, beginner to advanced, that comes from a single-parent home.
